The Community Health Score

The Community Health Score is a single number from 0 to 100 that measures whether the professional community around your events is getting stronger, not just how many people showed up. It is the metric NsightIndex is built to produce.

What does the Community Health Score measure?

It is built from five things a healthy executive community has, each measured on its own 0 to 100 scale and combined into one weighted number you control:

• Retention: the share of attendees who come to more than one of your events.
• Depth: how many of your events your regulars actually attend, on average.
• Company breadth: the range of companies represented across your program.
• Executive share: the share of your audience at the C-Suite or VP level.
• Fresh acquisition: the share of recent registrations who are new to your community.

How is the score read?

85 and above is a thriving community, 70 to 84 is healthy and growing, 55 to 69 is building steadily, 40 to 54 shows some warning signs, and below 40 needs attention. The weights are yours to set, so the number reflects what your organization treats as healthy.

When do you get a Community Health Score?

It needs at least three events and ten registrations before it appears, and settles once you have run about five events. Before that it is shown as provisional.
